HPL Anti-Static Flooring

The base panel is made from deep-drawn steel, and the top panel is made from rigid SPCC steel. The upper and lower steel plates are stamped and spot-welded into shape, then phosphated and powder-coated. The hollow core is filled with foamed cement, which, after curing, forms a stable load-bearing structure. The top surface can be laminated with high-wear, anti-static HPL veneer and assembled with networked supports and square-tube crossbeams using screws.

Product Structure

The base panel is made from deep-drawn steel, and the top panel is made from rigid SPCC steel. Applications

Widely used in computer centers, communication centers, data centers, broadcast TV transmission centers, power control and dispatch centers, microwave communication stations, satellite ground stations, mobile communications, programmable telephone exchanges, TV and radio control rooms, and other professional machine rooms. Also suitable for integrated circuit, computer, communication, electronics, and optical equipment production workshops, as well as hospital operating rooms, anesthesia rooms, electronic imaging rooms, and other electrostatic-sensitive, flammable, or explosive environments in military and petrochemical industries.

Without PVC conductive black edge strips: HPL panel with monolithic edge trim, thickened steel base plate. After installation, seams are extremely fine, suitable for high-end and precision machine rooms.

Without black PVC edge strips, black edges are printed around the HPL surface. After installation, the visual effect resembles flooring with edge strips.

The four edges of the floor use new F-type edge strips embedded between the veneer and steel plate. The edge strips are firmly pressed and not easy to detach, producing extremely fine seams after installation, suitable for all types of high-end machine rooms.
